COVID concerns stopping you from booking? Don’t hold back! We’re got your back..
In these CRAZY uncertain times that we find ourselves living in these days, it can be very difficult to plan your life. Whether it be organising your living arrangements, budgeting for an upcoming ‘epic’ purchase, deciding when to fly across Australia to visit loved ones or even making those plans for your big wedding day – COVID has really thrown a spanner in the works for majority of us who like to have their lives somewhat ‘mapped out’.
Even when it comes to the fun stuff and special occasions, we’ve found that some people stress about planning to go on a wine tour out of the fear of it being cancelled due to COVID (Fair Enough!). Do you get anxious about potentially loosing money from booking events that don’t end up going ahead? We get it! We’ve all been there and we certainly don’t want that to happen to our future guests.
To put your mind at ease, we can guarantee that we DO offer your money back on the tour cost if there’s a sudden lockdown, border closure or strict rules that stop us from running our tours.
If we can run the tours and there’s some restrictions in place like mask wearing, being seated whilst you drink etc, then we do stick to our standard cancellation policies. A little mask wearing ain’t going to rain on our parade and we ask that you support a small local business and still come along for the ride.
In the case where tours (public and private) are cancelled due to lockdowns, we would love for you to keep your tour cost credit with us and reschedule for a later date. If this cannot happen, we understand and we’re happy to refund your tour cost money. For our private tours, a small booking deposit is kept that you’re able to use towards another tour at a later date.
So, to sum up.. START PLANNING YOUR LIFE A BIT MORE!! Don’t hold back on booking those fun things and events – although we’re living in an uncertain time we can’t just put our lives on hold forever. Everything could work out just how you wanted it, and if it doesn’t, it wasn’t meant to be and we move on.
