Private & Corporate Tours
No matter what size group you have – we can cater for you! There are some boundaries however. On the weekends we require a minimum of 10 people to do a private tour. We do make exceptions for slightly smaller groups on the weekends in certain times of the year.
On weekdays we can take as little as 2 people on a private tour – Please do keep in mind that costs are higher the less people you have.
Absolutely any day of the week!!
Yes we do – to lock in a tour with us we require a deposit of $200 to $250 (depending on the time of year and the size of the group that you have).
Of course!! If you already know where you’d like to go on your wine tour adventure with us, please just let us know. We do specialise in fully customising the tour for our guests based on their preferences and we have fantastic relationships with many of the venues in the Swan Valley and Bickley Valley so if you have no clue about the venues we will take the reins.
Although we don’t usually just hire out our vehicles and a driver for transport services, it is still something we are happy to do if we have the availability.
We will need to know the final amount of guests attending the tour roughly two weeks before the tour date. An invoice is then sent via email to you and then final payment is required one week prior to the tour date.
If you happen to book a private tour with us within a week of the tour going ahead, then we do require payment for the tour at time of booking with us.
We’re afraid not! Due to WA Laws, as well as our own policies, we have a strict no drinking policy on the bus. This also goes for drinking outside the venues that we take you to.
We also have a no eating policy on the buses – it can become very messy as you can imagine!
You’re more then welcome to decorate the inside of the bus for special occasions!! Just as long as none of the decorations obstruct the drivers view, there isn’t any glitter, confetti or poppers involved and the decorations are taken down and cleaned away by your group at the end of the day.
YUM! Of course! Most venues are happy for you to bring a cake to the venue. Some venues do have cakeage fees however this usually involves them cutting up the cake if required and they provide plates and cutlery. If you do want to organise a cake at one of the venues, or if you would like to bring one then please do enquire with us first about it so we can advise you the best way to go about it.
Unfortunately, no – we require a minimum of 48 hours notice if a guest is unable to attend. You will however be able to eat the food they miss out on a have whatever drink (not the tastings though) that they had included.
YES!! You can play whatever music you like 🙂 Get that playlist ready!
We can pick you up from any where you like! Some pick up locations do incur a transfer fee however. Also, if you are more then 90mins away then this is something we may not be able to accommodate. It is still a discussion we will have however 🙂
Daily Tours
Of course! Are tours are welcoming to ALL travellers and are a great way to meet people. Our friendly tour guides ensure that all guests enjoy their day and they are very accommodating.
No, not really – there is a small amount of walking from the tour bus to the venues. Within the venues we visit there is not too much walking involved.
We always advise guests to dress to suit the weather conditions, dress comfortably and it is recommended to be presentable also.
No – not all venues are in doors. All venues do have an undercover area though. So if weather conditions aren’t the best please dress appropriately and bring an umbrella.
We operate rain, hail or shine!! Always praying for the shine though 😉
We certainly do! No mater what it may be we can cater for it. Please let us know at the time of booking if you have any dietary requirements.
As much as we love pets they are not allowed on the tours sorry.
We take a max of 23 guests on all our daily tours to the Swan Valley. The max we take to the Bickley Valley is usually 13 for the full day Bickley Valley Tour.
Smaller foldable wheelchairs can be put onto the bus, as long as the guest using the wheelchair is able to get in and out of the vehicle ok. We do not have a wheelchair lift in any of our buses.
Children are welcome on our tours! Ages 4 through to 17 will receive lunch and refreshments on the tour and are made to feel welcome at all the venues. Below the age of 4, the child is able to come at no extra cost however there will be no seat allocated for them or food or drinks provided. They will need to ride in the arms of their guardian on the bus.
Yes, most of the wineries offer some sort of freight service if you were to buy wine from them. Usually you would be required to purchase 6 or more bottles to be able to do this.
With international shipping, there a greater fees involved and then of course tax inclusions in your own country.
They certainly do! On the full day tours, the snacks and lunch provided is quite substantial and delicious I might add. On our half day tours, we provide enough snacks to be enjoyed between main meals – so we do recommend to eat a decent sized brunch or lunch before coming along on the half day tours.

The answer to this one is yes – Due to WA mandates, as of the 31st of Jan 2022 all venues that we visit on the tours require guests to be double vaxxed to enter the premises. Therefore, it is a requirement for guests to be, and to show proof of this to the d’Vine host when boarding the tour. When booking your private tour in with us, it’s best to ask your crew if they will be double vaxxed by the time of the tour along with asking them to bring proof, and appropriate ID. Thank you!
